Our Process

Talk to the NDIS Quality & Safeguard

If you don’t want to talk to someone at CSBS, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly:

  • by calling 1800 035 544 – 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • by visiting the NDIS Commission website – ndiscommission.gov.au

We can also support you to contact the commission. Please talk to your service manager to organise this.

We work with you, your family, and your healthcare team to understand your unique needs and find suitable housing options. Our understanding of the NDIS will help guide you.

HIDPA

We deliver high-intensity daily personal activities (HIDPA) for people at home and in the community. Our commitment to providing an exceptional standard of care when delivering high-risk supports sets us apart.
