Tracy Sharp

Tracy Sharp

GENERAL MANAGER - OPERATIONS

Tracy joined CSBS in 2021, bringing with her extensive experience in organisational development, shared services, innovation, quality, and practice.

With a background in disability, mental health, and law, Tracy has over 28 years’ experience in executive management, leadership, and governance roles.

Among her long list of qualifications, Tracy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAppSc) Disability Studies, and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Hons.

Tracy’s experience is grounded in human rights, with a commitment to a fair and just society, promoting safe and healthy outcomes for individuals and communities

Kevin Long

Kevin Long

SERVICE MANAGER

Kevin is a seasoned Service Manager, adept at delivering supports through SIL arrangements on the Sunshine Coast and Bundaberg. With over 12 years of experience in the disability sector, Kevin has honed his skills as a team leader, case manager, and support coordinator, adeptly navigating NDIS supports and services to align with participant plans.

His expertise extends to crafting daily routines in SIL houses, tailoring activities to meet participant needs and preferences, and providing direct support to those requiring complex care. As a skilled trainer, Kevin adopts a team-based approach to ensure care and services are participant-focused.

Kevin’s vibrant personality shines through in his interactions, as he values meeting diverse individuals and fostering inclusive environments where every voice is heard and respected. His qualifications include a Certificate IV and III in Disability, a Certificate in Therapeutic Aquatics, and Trade Certificate Cookery. He has also completed a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention course and holds a current mental health first aid certificate.

Kevin’s life is enriched by his partner, their beloved dog Harry, and the community he serves in Gympie. His commitment to participant care and his dynamic approach to service delivery make him a valuable asset to our team.

Irene Brogan

Irene Brogan

SERVICE MANAGER

Irene was born and bred in Tamworth and currently resides with her family in a lovely leafy suburb of Brisbane. Her very first job was as a support worker, and she has built a career of working with people to enhance their health and wellbeing. She is passionate about the disability sector and takes pride in delivering excellent outcomes for individuals and their families.
She has established several supported independent living properties and has successfully provided supports to individuals with complex needs, including those requiring psychosocial disability supports to reintegrate into work or reconnect with their communities.

With a thorough understanding of the NDIS and its workings, she can guide individuals to information that assists them in making informed decisions about the supports they desire and require.

Her extensive operational experience spans direct supports, recruitment and rostering, as well as coaching and training her team. She has a proven track record of managing a variety of competing priorities to secure the best outcomes for all involved.

Irene holds a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (2017) and participated in the Challenge for Future Leadership Development Program (2013). She graduated with a Bachelor of Education-Habilitation (1997). Her goal is to support individuals in achieving their aspirations while ensuring the journey is enjoyable.

Joanne Peters

Joanne Peters

SERVICE MANAGER

Joanne Peters is a vibrant addition to our team, known for her bubbly personality and readiness for a good laugh. As our Service Manager, she brings a wealth of experience from her extensive work history in community services.

Joanne’s qualifications include a Diploma of Community Services (Case Management), Certificate III in Disability, and Certificate III in Aged Care, which she combines with a thorough knowledge of the NDIS framework and a knack for establishing key relationships within the industry.

Her previous roles have seen her involved in plan review meetings with NDIA representatives, families, and support coordination, as well as the development of SILs including participant profiles and Rosters of Care. Joanne’s ability to connect with people on all levels, her attention to detail, and her organizational skills make her an asset to our team and the communities we serve.

Joanne’s friendly and approachable demeanor, paired with her professional expertise, aligns perfectly with our company’s values and the high standards we set for Participant support.

Kathryn Kelly

SERVICE MANAGER

Kathryn Kelly is a Sunshine Coast local with a passion for her community. Originally from Victoria, Kathryn relocated to the Sunshine Coast with her family for the beaches and the vibrant outdoor lifestyle our part of the world offers. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Kathryn brings over 20 years of experience working with children, young people, families, NDIS participants, and carers across both government and not-for-profit sectors. Her diverse career has seen her take on leadership roles in Child Protection, Out of Home Care, Children and Families, Disability, and Housing and Domestic Violence sectors. These experiences have equipped Kathryn with a deep understanding of people with disabilities, those experiencing trauma, and families facing complex situations.

A strong advocate for empowering others, Kathryn is enthusiastic about supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Building honest and respectful relationships is central to her approach.

Kathryn thrives in collaborative environments, enjoying teamwork that fosters fun and engaging support for both clients and staff.

Holding a Bachelor of Social Work/Bachelor of Arts from Monash University (2000), Kathryn further bolstered her qualifications with extensive professional development in cultural awareness, Loss and Grief, PACE (playfulness, acceptance, curiosity, and empathy), trauma-informed care, and mental illness.

Shelley Baker

SERVICE MANAGER

Shelley brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to her role as Service Manager at CSBS. For over 12 years, she has honed her skills in various areas of the disability sector, including direct support work, program development, and team leadership.
A strong advocate for ensuring that all individuals have a voice and the opportunity to achieve their goals. Her experience working with clients who have challenging behaviors has equipped her with a deep understanding of de-escalation techniques and positive behavior support plans (PBSPs).
Previously working in aged care, child protection, and counseling, Shelley was drawn to the disability sector by the opportunity to empower individuals on their unique journeys. She thrives in a dynamic environment and finds immense satisfaction in witnessing the progress of the people she supports.
Shelley’s leadership style is characterized by her hands-on approach, supportive nature, and dedication to continuous improvement. Shelley’s communication and interpersonal skills allow her to build strong relationships with both staff and clients, enabling a team environment that is collaborative, inclusive, and result focused.
When not at work, Shelley enjoys a healthy lifestyle that includes weightlifting, running, and spending time outdoors. She is a dog lover and enjoys the company of her 15-month-old micro bully, Cash. Shelley’s adventurous spirit extends to her hobbies, and she loves exploring new places and experiences.
