Since joining CSBS in August 2019, Jullie has brought a remarkable depth of experience to the team. Her dedication to supporting people with disability began in the 1980s, starting with roles as a recreation officer in a special school and a psychiatric institution. These experiences ignited a lifelong passion for empowering marginalised individuals to live fulfilling lives.

Today, among many other duties, Jullie leads our NDIS consultancy services at CSBS. This includes helping individuals and organisations navigate NDIS registration, audit, and compliance.

Through this work, Jullie provides strategic advice on governance, operations, and service delivery, ensuring organisations understand their responsibilities in supporting people with disability.

Beth joined the CSBS team in 2019. With a background in corporate and government sectors, she has managed small local community projects through to events management for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

Beth has project managed government capacity building, children and youth, childcare, and education programs in collaboration with community organisations and local councils that support individuals and families living in urban, rural, and remote areas.

At CSBS, Beth has worked with Participants, support workers, and the CSBS leadership team to design and develop generic and customised materials for workers to deliver high quality supports and services with people with disability to live the life they want.

As part of the consultancy team, Beth focuses on developing a range of resources including Participant easy read guides, visual, and quick reference guides, induction programs for employees, and facilitating induction and group planning workshops.
